Masks

Its such a shame that we often feel the need to act the way we think others expect us to be.
To say things the way we think people want us to say them.
To dress up to fit in to the crowd.
To miss out of new adventures because you don't want to be the odd one out.
Be True
Be You
As we love you for you as you are and not what you will become!

  1. Totally agree with you on this topic! Still I am often told off because I refuse wearing a socially accepted mask!

    1. I know the feeling, shrug it off, pick up the pieces and carry on as they'll move on to someone else for a while.

  3. I agree with you on people expecting us to all fit into the same mould as everyone else.
Look at the thing you miss while trying to find yourself! ;)

    1. I get it all the time as people imagine me differently and then get a shock if I share an opinion that doesn't fit in with that image.

    1. I'm really going to have to look up more of his work as you're the second person to say that as you can see and this is the first time I've ever heard of him.

  5. Bubbles, be yourself. You were born unique, don't make yourself a copy. ;)
