Isabel Wolff~Behaving Badly~

Read: On Kindle
Paid: £2.99
Reason I choose it: I thought Amazon had a sale on so bought 2 at the same time thinking they would be good because I keep comparing it to the first book I read but this will be the last book I read of this author.

Summary
Miranda Sweet was engaged to a great guy who let her down that she couldn't forgive him and the relationship ended. Her parents are divorced and don't see eye to eye and if that isn't bad enough she has a secret that she's been hiding since she was 16 years old. She works as an animal psychologist for misbehaving pets whose owners don't know what to do with them. Jimmy is someone Miranda had a crush and he used her, she meets him years later at his home when his wife asks her to come around and tell her how to deal with her misbehaving dog and that ends up opening a can of worms from the past. Daisy is Miranda's friend from college, she is in a relationship with a guy she'd desperate to marry and lives her life on the edge and things aren't quite going to plan for her either...

My Opinion
I think this book would have been better being half the length it actually was as it would have been brilliant, instead its just ok because by the time you get half way through the book your just fed up of the constant round about way of all the events that have happened. Alexandar Darke (Miranda's ex-boyfriend) behaved badly, its unforgivable what he did.... ok just get on and tell us what he did.... Jimmy stories drag on too, then the author tried to suspensed it a bit longer when Mirandar tells Daisy after the next couple of lines its just blurted out when the author could have just told us at the same time as Daisy heard the tale. Finally the constant... I've got something to tell you...its so annoying! I actually read Rescuing Rose a while back, Rose and Bev from this book were mentioned in Behaving Badly which probably wasn't a good idea as it made me realise that the books seem to follow a similar story line... secrets, coming to terms with something in their past and the badly behaved males.
